    摘要: A support frame is provided for packaging a liquid crystal glass panel. The support frame includes four corner pieces, upper connection bars, and lower connection bars. The upper connection bars are connected to top ends of the corner pieces to form an upper sub-frame. The lower connection bars are connected to bottom ends of the corner pieces to form a bottom bracket, which includes a lower sub-frame corresponding to the upper sub-frame and a carriage rack located inside and connected to the lower sub-frame. The support frame is rigid and may reinforce a tray against deformation caused by stacking or handling trays. The support frame is of a knockdown arrangement composed of multiple components in such a way that a portion of the components may be shared for contained products of different sizes so as to reduce the manufacturing cost.

    摘要: A slot-type protection device for a plate-shaped product is disclosed. The device comprises a buffer component for inserting the plate-shaped product. The buffer component comprises a folding card and at least one buffer unit. A plurality of slots used for fixing the plate-shaped product are disposed on the buffer unit. The buffer unit comprises a carrying portion and a connecting portion. The slots are disposed on the carrying portion. Two ends of the connecting portion are a fixed end and a free end. The fixed end is fixed and connected to one end of a bottom of the carrying portion, and the free end cooperates with the other end of the bottom of the carrying portion. A connecting structure is disposed to allow the free end and the carrying portion to connect with each other. The folding card is held between the carrying portion and the connecting portion.

    摘要: A liquid crystal panel packing box and a liquid crystal panel packing method are provided. The packing box is equipped with an elastic retractable member assembled in an accommodating groove thereof. The elastic retractable member is memory metal and can generate stretching and retracting effects with the change of temperature to thereby fix liquid crystal panels disposed in the packing box. Accordingly, in the processes of packing and transporting the liquid crystal panels, the seamless assembling between the liquid crystal panels and the packing box is realized, the damage caused by collision between edges of the liquid crystal panels and a box body of the packing box is avoided, the secondary impact generated resulting from the shift of the liquid crystal panels is eliminated and the safety is improved consequently.

    摘要: A liquid crystal panel packing box and a liquid crystal panel packing method are provided. The packing box is equipped with an elastic retractable member assembled in an accommodating groove thereof.     摘要: The present invention provides a package cushioning structure for module, which includes a cushioning bottom board and a cushioning band extending through and interlaced with the cushioning bottom board. The cushioning bottom board forms a plurality of spaced hollow sections. A bar is arranged between every two of the hollow sections. The cushioning band includes a plurality of cushioning air columns mounted thereto at interval. The cushioning air columns are arranged alternately on the bars. To package, modules are each positioned on and born by each of the bars between two of the cushioning air columns. An alternate package cushioning structure includes a cushioning bottom board having a surface forming slots and a cushioning band arranged in the cushioning bottom board through a mounting channel extending through the bottom board from a side surface thereof. Air columns of the cushioning band are located in the slots to support modules.
