    摘要: A packaging box includes two side plates disposed oppositely, and each of the side plates provided with an inward recession; and two engaged-embedded parts disposed oppositely; wherein, the inward recession is matched with the engaged-embedded part, and the engaged-embedded part is placed into the inward recession. A cross-sectional shape of the engaged-embedded part is a trapezoid shape, and one acute angle of the trapezoid shape faces toward a top of the side plate. When moving the packaging box, the mechanical arm can embed into the engaged-embedded part. The engaged-embedded part formed by a hard-rigid material can prevent the mechanical arm from damaging the packaging box to reduce the waste of the packaging material. Besides, the cross-sectional shape of the engaged-embedded part is a trapezoid shape so that when the mechanical arm clamps the packaging box, the packaging box is not easily to drop in order to prevent the loss.

    摘要: The present invention provides a mold frame for curved displaying and a curved liquid crystal display device using the mold frame. The mold frame for curved displaying includes two opposite first side frame members (11) and two opposite second side frame members (13) respectively mounted to two ends of the two first side frame members (11). Each of the first side frame members (11) includes a plurality of first engagement slots (115) and open notches (117) between two adjacent ones of the first engagement slots (115) formed therein. The first engagement slots (115) receive and are coupled to the first projection blocks (211) of the curved backplane the first side plates (21). The first side frame members (11) are made of an elastic plastic material. The first side frame members (11) show a flat and straight configuration before being assembled to a curved backplane and show a curved configuration after being assembled to the curved backplane. The mold frame for curved displaying has a simple structure is easy to design, manufacture, and inspect so as to help improve product yield rate and reduce manufacture costs.

The pair of slide blocks (97) are arranged to respectively press against the pair of protrusions (113) so as to cause deformation of the bottom board (111) to form the curved backplane (11).

    摘要: A backlight module includes a back plate, a reflection sheet disposed on the back plate, a light guide plate disposed on the reflection sheet, an optical resin layer disposed on the light guide plate, and a backlight source disposed at a surface of the light guide plate. The optical resin layer provides with a diffusion structure such that lights which are emitted into the optical resin layer emits out after forming an even surface light source. After lights which are emitted from the backlight source emit into the light guide plate, the lights emits out from the optical resin layer. The backlight module does not use an optical film module so as to reduce the product cost. The present invention also discloses a liquid crystal display using the above illustrated backlight module.

    摘要: The present invention provides a connection structure for panel and frame and holding member thereof. The connection structure includes a panel and a frame supporting the panel. The panel and the frame use a plurality of holding members to fix and hold. The holding member includes a presser and a connection part extending from one side of the presser. The connection part includes a first extension part and a second extension part. The first extension part and the second extension part connect a corresponding connection element on the side of the frame. As such, the present invention saves the front frame and fixes a liquid crystal panel and a frame of a liquid crystal module to reduce the transportation risk, protect the liquid crystal panel from damage, simplify the overall assembly structure of the liquid crystal module and reduce the assembly cost.

The present invention also discloses a heat-dissipating element and backlight module manufactured by the above method. The heat-dissipating element, manufacturing method and backlight module thereof can maintain optimal heat-dissipation effect and save material used to lower cost.
