Abstract: A main isolator 2 (main aseptic device) includes a main connection part 6 having an opening O through which a work space W is externally opened, and an internal opening and closing member 22 configured to open and close an internal opening 21a of the main connection part 6 on the work space W side. A manual incubator 3 (first auxiliary aseptic device) includes a first auxiliary connection part 7 connectable with the main connection part 6 of the main isolator 2, and an automatic incubator 4 and a housing container 5 (second auxiliary aseptic devices) each include a second auxiliary connection part 8 smaller than the first auxiliary connection part 7. In addition, an external blockage member 9 configured to externally block the opening O of the main connection part 6 is provided.

Abstract: An article conveying device 4 includes a movable conveyer 12 for conveying a culture vessel 3 (article) and longitudinal mover 13b for moving the movable conveyer 21, and a conveyer driving motor 14 is provided separately from the movable conveyer 12, and a driving magnet MA rotated by a driving shaft 32 driven by the conveyer driving motor 14 and a driven magnet MB provided on the movable conveyer 12 and connected to the driving magnet MA by a magnetic force in a non-contact manner are provided. A plurality of the driven magnets MB is provided along a moving direction of the movable conveyer 12 by the longitudinal mover 13b, and an interval between the plurality of the driven magnets MB is matched with a moving distance of the movable conveyer 12 by the longitudinal mover 13b.

Abstract: An isolator system 1 includes: a main isolator 3 in which an aseptic state is maintained and which is for performing an aseptic operation; an incubator 4 in which the aseptic state is maintained and which is connected to the main isolator 3 and is for culturing cells and the like; decontamination means 35 for decontaminating the inside of the main isolator 3; and a decontamination station 9 that decontaminates the inside of the incubator 4. The isolator system 1 further includes a blocking member 30 for sealing a connection port 13 from the outside, the port being provided in the main isolator 3 and being for connection with the incubator 4. When the inside of the main isolator 3 is decontaminated, the connection port 13 is sealed from the outside with the blocking member 30. The isolator system that can efficiently decontaminate the main isolator and the subisolator connected to this main isolator can be provided.

Abstract: An incubator 1 includes a cultivating chamber 4 for cultivating culture in a plurality of containers 3 and a supply device 5 provided outside the cultivating chamber 4 and supplying steam into the cultivating chamber 4 for humidification. The supply device 5 includes a supply chamber 5A in which a tray 42 for reserving water is accommodated and an ultrasonic atomizing device 43 for atomizing water. The water in the tray 42 is easily made into steam by the ultrasonic atomizing device 43, passes through an HEPA filter 45 provided in an opening portion 5B and is supplied into the circulation passage 37 of the cultivating chamber 4.
