Abstract: A back-pressure control valve includes a main body having an inner space, a valve element that is arranged in the inner space of the main body and has an opposing surface opposite to one surface of the inner space, a driver that moves the valve element such that a distance between the opposing surface of the valve element and the one surface in the inner space changes; and a resin coating formed on one of the one surface in the inner space and the opposing surface of the valve element, wherein the main body has a first flow path that guides a fluid to a pressure control space formed between another surface out of the one surface and the opposing surface of the valve element, and the resin coating, and a second flow path that discharges a fluid from the pressure control space.

Abstract: A pressure control valve is provided with a pressure control block. The pressure control block has a pressure control block having an opening portion provided on one outer surface, a pressure control surface provided as a plane at a bottom portion of the opening portion, and two internal channels having openings at the respective end portions of the pressure control surface. A sheet-like valve body having elasticity and arranged so as to cover the pressure control surface is provided in the opening portion of the pressure control block. A valve body driving portion is provided on a side opposite to the pressure control surface with the valve body interposed therebetween that adjusts an amount of a gap between the valve body and the pressure control surface by pressing the valve body in a direction perpendicular to the pressure control surface. The pressure control surface has higher hardness than a hard material.

Abstract: A mobile phase temperature control device for a supercritical fluid apparatus is used in a supercritical fluid apparatus including a separation column, and includes a cartridge heater, a flow path portion and a first temperature sensor. The cartridge heater has a rod shape. The flow path portion is wound around the cartridge heater, and a mobile phase is guided to the separation column of the supercritical fluid apparatus by the flow path portion. The mobile phase is put in a supercritical state at least in the separation column. The first temperature sensor is attached to the flow path portion, and the temperature of the flow path portion is detected by the first temperature sensor.

Abstract: A liquid carbon dioxide supply device is configured to supply liquid carbon dioxide to a supercritical fluid apparatus including a separation column, and includes a first flow path, a second flow path, a compressor, a heat exchanger and a pump. The compressor circulates a first refrigerant through the first flow path such that a refrigerant cycle is repeated. The heat exchanger exchanges heat between the first flow path and the second flow path. The pump supplies liquid carbon dioxide flowing through the second flow path to the separation column of the supercritical fluid apparatus.
