Abstract: A sample injection device is used to inject a sample into a chromatograph and includes a flow vial, a sampling needle and one or more than one sample dissolution devices. A sample is supplied to the flow vial. The sample that has been supplied to the flow vial is collected by the sampling needle and injected into the chromatograph. At least one of ultrasonic waves, an electric field and a magnetic field is used, so that dissolution of a sample to be injected into the chromatograph is promoted by one or more than one sample dissolution devices.

Abstract: A sample pretreatment device of an aspect of the present invention includes a conveyance mechanism (22) including a Z-axis guide (223) that linearly moves in two axes of an X axis and a Y axis and expands/contracts in a Z-axis direction on a table (21) where a unit that performs each step of pretreatment is arranged. The Z-axis guide (22) is integrally provided with a liquid handler (224) and a grip handler (225) oriented in opposite directions to each other. A side wall of a housing (20) on the autosampler side is provided with a sample conveyance opening (201). When pretreatment of a sample ends, the Z-axis guide (223) is moved to a position close to the opening (201) in a state where a gripper (228) grips a pretreated plate. An arm (227) enters a housing of the autosampler through the opening (201) and an opening formed in the autosampler, and sets a plate at a predetermined position. Thus, the sample pretreatment device can eliminate the labor of the worker setting a pretreated sample in the analysis device.

The liquid sampling method includes: a storage step of storing, in the storage container, a liquid phase contained in the sample fluid; a separation step of separating, from a liquid phase, a gas phase contained in the liquid phase stored in the storage container; and an injection step of suctioning, as a sample, the liquid phase stored in the storage container from a distal end of the needle after the separation step and injecting a predetermined amount of the sample into the analysis section through the injection port.

Abstract: A first liquid raw material and a second liquid raw material are reacted with each other by a reactor of a reaction device, so that a reaction product is produced. The reaction product is analyzed by an analyzer. In the controller, the reference value is acquired by the reference value acquirer from the chromatogram obtained from the result of the analysis by the analyzer. An upper limit value and a lower limit value with respect to the reference value are set by an allowable range setter. At least one of a residence time of the first liquid raw material, a residence time of the second liquid raw material, a reaction temperature, and a reaction pressure in the reactor is dynamically changed as a control target by a reaction controller such that the reference value falls between the upper limit value and the lower limit value.
