Abstract: A bicycle operating device comprises a base member, a user interface member, an electrical switch, and a transmitting structure. The user interface member is movably mounted to the base member to move relative to the base member in a first direction. The electrical switch is mounted to the base member. The transmitting structure is provided between the user interface member and the electrical switch to transmit a first movement of the user interface member in the first direction to the electrical switch in a second direction different from the first direction.
