The control unit is programmed for: controlling the rotation of the carrousel according to the nominal speed setpoint ωN. Abstract: A device for ejecting products in a unit for processing products, a flow of the products moving one behind the other along a circulation trajectory. The device having an ejector for individually ejecting a product out of the circulation trajectory and a motor of the ejector.
