摘要: A rail vehicle, such as a locomotive, has at least one undercarriage with one or more wheel sets and an undercarriage frame. A vehicle body, resiliently supported on the undercarriage, has a vertical pivot pin passing through the undercarriage frame for traction linking the vehicle body. A limiting stop is connected to the pivot pin for limiting the vertical motion of the vehicle body relative to the undercarriage frame. The pivot pin has a horizontal through-hole in a downwardly protruding pin segment for supporting the limiting stop. Contact protrusions of the limiting stop protrude from the through-hole on both sides of the pivot pin. In the event of maximum vertical motion, the limiting stop contacts the undercarriage frame from below by way of the contact protrusions. The entrainment of the undercarriage is thus effected with great safety when the rail vehicle is lifted.

摘要: A lifting system for rerailing a rail vehicle is particularly suited for rerailing a locomotive. The lifting system has a support profile of an undercarriage structure of the rail vehicle as a lifting point for a rerailing device, the profile support running transversely to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle on a front end of the rail vehicle. It further has a gripping element, which can be lifted and lowered by the lifting device, including two hook-shaped gripping brackets, the hooked profile thereof corresponding to the support profile. The gripping brackets for lifting and lowering the rail vehicle by gripping under the support profile can thereby be symmetrically engaged at the vehicle longitudinal center plane. By this means, a lifting system for rerailing a rail vehicle is provided, in which a frontal lifting device positionable in front of the rail vehicle can be used.

摘要: A rail vehicle includes a chassis, a vehicle structure and a support unit disposed at the end face of the rail vehicle. The vehicle is comparatively lightweight and economical and can also advantageously perform other tasks in addition to supporting a track reamer. The support unit includes a plateau section which is part of the vehicle structure and includes a climbing protection device on its end face and a track reamer holder for supporting a track reamer. The track reamer holder is disposed below the plateau section and is rigidly secured thereto.

摘要: A rail vehicle has a bogie which rolls on a track in a direction of travel, a vehicle structure which is supported on the bogie, a rigid carrying structure which is arranged on the end side of the rail vehicle, and an end-side coupling opening through which a coupling extends for coupling further rail vehicles. A coupling securing device secures the coupling to the rail vehicle. The coupling securing device has reversible securing elements which permit a reversible lifting movement counter to the direction of travel to such an extent that the coupling is retracted completely into the supporting structure. As a result of the retraction of the coupling into the cage-like carrying structure it no longer influences the crash behavior.
