    Abstract: A device and method controlling working state change of a small cell and a base station including the device. The device includes: an information acquiring unit that acquires interference between a small cell to be controlled and an adjacent small cell and/or load of the small cell to be controlled; and a state change determination unit that determines working state change to be performed by the small cell to be controlled according to the acquired interference and/or load. The working state includes multiple sleep levels from low to high. A sleep degree of the small cell to be controlled in a low sleep level is less than a sleep degree of the small cell to be controlled in a high sleep level, the working state change being performed among multiple sleep levels.

The base station device configures an enhanced Physical Downlink Control Channel (ePDCCH), comprising: circuitry, configured to determine ePDCCH position indication information adapted to indicate a position of the ePDCCH in a terminal device search space based on configuration of Demodulation Reference Signal, wherein ePDCCH comprises control information of the terminal device and is aggregated by a number of enhanced control channel elements, each enhanced control channel element consisting of a set of resource elements; and generate a signaling comprising the ePDCCH position indication information for the terminal device.

    Abstract: A carrier allocating apparatus including processing circuitry and a method and terminal, where the processing circuitry is configured to: determine a carrier parameter according to parameter information of the terminal, where the carrier parameter is configured to indicate a carrier needed by the terminal, and the carrier parameter includes a carrier type, the carrier type includes a Legacy Carrier Type (LCT) and a New Carrier Type (NCT), where the parameter information of the terminal includes a current carrier configuration of the terminal and a service type; perform a corresponding carrier allocation on the basis of the determined carrier parameter. A demand for a carrier is determined according to parameter information of the terminal, and then the needed carrier is allocated to the terminal. The apparatus can improve quality of service of the terminal in a system and improve user experience.

    Abstract: A communication apparatus, communication system and communication method. The related communication apparatus is used for aggregating, at a base station side, communication resources at different frequencies and/or different transmission time, wherein a scheduling resource among the aggregated communication resources is used for transmitting control information about the scheduling resource and scheduled resources. The communication apparatus includes: a grouping unit configured to divide the communication resources into groups based on characteristics of the communication resources, wherein the same group of the communication resource is indicated by the same piece of control information; and a sending unit configured to send the control information to a corresponding communication terminal side by the scheduling resource. The communication apparatus, communication system and communication method improve communication performance.

    Abstract: A communication quality determination/acquisition device and method for a wireless communication system. The determination device includes: a measuring module configured to perform downlink channel quality measurement based on a distribution of static and dynamic downlink subframes of a target cell, wherein the static downlink subframes are downlink subframes relative to the target cell and at least one neighboring cell, while the dynamic downlink subframes are downlink subframes relative to the target cell and are uplink subframes relative to the at least one neighboring cell; and a communication module configured to report a downlink channel quality measurement result. By performing measurement and reporting while considering downlink subframe configurations and the distribution of the static and dynamic downlink subframes of the target cell, the device and method can accurately measure the channel quality under dynamic TDD UL/DL configurations and report the same to a network side.
