摘要: The present disclosed a preparation method preparation method for, and use of, a small molecular drug-loaded polymer vesicle. The small molecular drug-loaded polymer vesicle is prepared by assembling an amphiphilic block polymer and a small molecular drug; or is obtained by assembling and cross-linking the amphiphilic block polymer and a functionalized amphiphilic block polymer, loading the small molecular drug, and then reacting with a targeting monoclonal antibody. The vesicle system has many unique advantages, including small size, simple and controllable preparation, excellent biocompatibility, high stability of circulation in vivo, strong specific selectivity of tumor cells, high intracellular drug release rate, remarkable effect of tumor growth inhibition, etc. Therefore, the vesicle system is expected to become a simple and multi-functional nano-platform for efficient and specific targeted delivery of vincristine sulfate to multiple myeloma cells.

摘要: A drug-loaded polymer vesicle having an asymmetric membrane structure, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof in preparation of drugs for treating acute myeloid leukemia. An amphiphilic triblock polymer having polyaspartic acid (PAsp), a targeted amphiphilic block polymer, and a small-molecule drug are assembled together to prepare the targeted small-molecule drug-loaded polymer vesicle having the asymmetric membrane structure. The drug-loaded polymer vesicle has many unique advantages, comprising small size, simple and controllable preparation, reversible crosslinking, in-vivo stability, targeted delivery, high enrichment concentration of intracellular drugs, reduction sensitivity, efficient killing of tumor cells, remarkable tumor growth inhibition effect, etc., and has an effective inhibition effect on both acute myelogenous leukemia cell strains and patient cells. Therefore, the polymer vesicle is expected to become a simple and multifunctional nanoplatform for efficient and specific targeted delivery of the drugs to the tumor cells.

摘要: An anti-tumor nano adjuvant is obtained by loading a drug on the vesicle formed by a reversibly cross-linked biodegradable polymer with an asymmetric membrane structure; the drug is an oligonucleotide activating an immune response; the vesicle formed by the degradable polymer is obtained by the self-assembly of a polymer followed by cross-linking; the molecular chain of the polymer includes a hydrophilic chain segment, a hydrophobic chain segment and positively charged molecules, successively connected; the hydrophobic chain segment is a polycarbonate chain segment and/or a polyester chain segment, which is compounded and loaded with a drug by electrostatic interaction; and the membrane is a polycarbonate chain segment and/or a polyester chain segment, which is reversibly cross-linked, biodegradable and has good biocompatibility, the dithiolane in the side chain thereof is similar to thioctic acid, a natural antioxidant in human body, and the shell thereof is based on PEG and targets cancer cells.

摘要: The disclosure relates to a cyclic carbonate monomer containing double iodine, a biodegradable polymer prepared thereby and use. The polymer can be obtained by ring-opening polymerization of the cyclic carbonate monomer containing double iodine, without affecting the ring-opening polymerization and without a protection and deprotection process. The polymer which is obtained by ring-opening polymerization of the cyclic carbonate monomer of the present disclosure can be assembled into a nano-vesicle and a micelle as a drug carrier, a biological tissue scaffold or a CT contrast media.
