    摘要: A method and apparatus for determining a resource location, a terminal, and a network device are provided. The method includes the following. A network device sends configuration information. A terminal obtains the configuration information. The terminal determines a first resource location according to the configuration information, where the first resource location is used for the terminal in a first state to monitor a first wake-up signal (WUS), and the first WUS is used for triggering transition of the terminal to a second state from the first state. Since the configuration information is used for determining the first resource location, it is possible to determine, based on the configuration information, a resource location used for monitoring the first WUS in the first state, thereby ensuring robustness and stability of system communication while reducing network overhead and power consumption of the terminal.
