摘要: An excess sprayed coating removal device for removing excess sprayed coatings adhering to the inner surface of a crank chamber of a multi-cylinder engine includes: a rotatable nozzle inserted in a first small chamber, movable in a direction parallel to the axial direction of a cylinder bore communicating with the first small chamber, and jets high-pressure water toward the leading end side thereof; and at least a single of shields that are each inserted into a second small chamber adjacent to the first small chamber to face into a communication hole, the shields protecting from the high-pressure water a sprayed coating sprayed on the inner surface of the cylinder bore communicating with the second small chamber. The shields have a block portion in a region facing into the communication hole, the block portion configured to shut the high-pressure water jetted from the nozzle and passes through the communication hole.

摘要: A cleaning method of sufficiently cleaning a workpiece is provided. The cleaning method, including: rotating or swinging a workpiece having a first cleaning surface about a table rotation axis; ejecting cleaning fluid from a nozzle along an ejection axis; and swinging the nozzle about a nozzle rotation axis parallel to the table rotation axis to keep a constant impact angle formed between the ejection axis and the first cleaning surface for cleaning the workpiece.

摘要: A method for inspecting a nozzle includes producing a jet from the nozzle, moving the nozzle to cause the jet to approach a stylus of a touch probe, generating a contact signal under a force acting on the stylus, and determining that the jet is appropriate in response to a contact signal received first after the jet has an axis at a distance from the stylus that is equal to or less than a first normal distance calculated from a normal jet shape.

摘要: A driving device including a drive shaft and a first engaging member. The drive shaft rotates around a first axis. The first engaging member is disposed on the first axis to rotate integrally with the drive shaft. The power transmission mechanism includes a second engaging member, a propeller shaft, a piston, and a reduction gear. The second engaging member is disposed on the first axis engageable with/disengageable from the first engaging member. The propeller shaft is rotatable integrally with the second engaging member around the first axis. The piston reciprocates the second engaging member between a first position and a second position along a direction of the first axis. The reduction gear is joined to the other end side of the propeller shaft to decelerate the rotation of the propeller shaft. The reduction gear causes an output shaft joined to an object to rotate around a second axis.
