In a development view of the tread portion 2, the blocks 5 include at least one block 5 comprising a block body 6 arranged between lateral grooves 4 adjacent to each other in a tire circumferential direction and a protruding portion 7 protruding from the block body 6 toward a main groove 3. The protruding portion 7 comprises a first part 8 having a ground contacting surface (8a) extending continuously from the block body 6 and a second part 9 arranged closer to the main groove 3 than the first part 8 and on an inner side of the ground contacting surface (8a) in a tire radial direction.

摘要: A tire includes a tread portion being provided with a crown main groove extending continuously in a zigzag manner in a tire circumferential direction and a shoulder main groove extending continuously in a zigzag manner in the tire circumferential direction. The shoulder main groove is arranged outwardly of the crown main groove in a tire axial direction. The crown main groove has a number of zigzag pitches in a range of from 0.21 to 0.32 times a number of zigzag pitches of the shoulder main groove.

摘要: A tire comprises a tread portion including a shoulder land portion. The shoulder land portion is provided with shoulder lateral grooves extending from a shoulder circumferential groove to a first tread edge to divide the shoulder land portion into shoulder blocks. The axial width of the ground contacting top surface of each shoulder block is 35% to 48% of a half tread width from the tire equator to the first tread edge. The ground contacting top surface of each shoulder block is provided with only one or more shoulder sipes extending in a tire circumferential direction.

The main groove 3 has a zigzag periodical pattern formed by circumferentially repeatedly arranging a first oblique segment 11 and a second oblique segment 12 as a repeating unit which define one zigzag pitch. The first oblique segment 11 extends without being bent, and the second oblique segment 12 extends in a bent manner.

摘要: A pneumatic tire is provided in a tread portion with a center land portion which is defined between center main grooves and whose top surface has a certain area and a maximum axial width of 15% to 19% of a tread width. The center land portion is provided with axial sipes and recesses. The recess extends from the center main groove toward the tire equator, and has a depth of 60% to 80% of the depth of the center main groove. The total area of the recesses is 5% to 9% of the area of the above-mentioned top surface. The center land portion is formed as a substantially continuous rib.
