Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of a compound or a mixture of two or more compounds of formula for modulating and/or optimizing the flavor of one or more sweet tasting substance(s), to a composition comprising such a compound or mixture and one or more sweet tasting substance(s) and to a product comprising such a composition.
