    Abstract: An imprint method includes: applying a applying a material for forming a patterned layer having a pattern, to a substrate; feeding a stamp film including a stamp pattern corresponding to the pattern of the patterned layer, along a pressure roller and an idle roller; forming the patterned layer having the pattern, including: the pressure roller pressing the stamp film toward the material to contact the stamp pattern of the stamp film with the material layer, curing the material layer in contact with the stamp pattern, and moving the pressure roller and the idle roller to peel the stamp film off the cured material layer by a peeling force, to form the patterned layer having the pattern; and detecting a defect in the formed patterned layer, during the peeling of the stamp film, by sensing the peeling force in real time by a pressure sensor connected to the pressure roller.

    Abstract: A device for inserting a flexible printed circuit board into a connector of a display panel includes: a suction unit configured to adhere to the flexible printed circuit board; a position restriction unit configured to restrict a position of the flexible printed circuit board; and a flexible printed circuit board transfer unit coupled to the suction unit and the position restriction unit, and configured to insert the flexible printed circuit board into the connector. A method of inserting a flexible printed circuit board into a connector of a display panel is also disclosed.

    Abstract: An inkjet print apparatus includes a print head discharging ink onto a substrate, the print head including a first heater; a reservoir storing the ink; a first pipe supplying the ink to the reservoir; a second pipe collecting surplus ink; a mixing unit located on the first pipe and mixing the ink; a pump located on the second pipe and pressurizing and supplying the surplus ink to the reservoir; a temperature sensor located between the mixing unit and the print head and sensing a temperature of the ink; and a controller controlling a temperature of at least one of the first heater and the second heater in response to information received from the temperature sensor. The print head includes a heat insulator blocking heat emitted from the first heater between the substrate and the first heater.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a robot arm apparatus including a fastener for fastening a first electronic component to a second electronic component, and a movable part configured to move the fastener. The fastener includes an arm connected to the movable part, a head connected to the arm and configured to contact the first electronic component, and a lock configured to be in contact with the arm when the first electronic component is moved to a reference space, and to be spaced apart from the arm when the first electronic component is fastened to the second electronic component after the first electronic component is moved to the reference space.

    Abstract: A device for inserting a flexible printed circuit board into a connector includes: a gripper to which the flexible printed circuit board is securable; a deformer movably connected to the gripper; and a transporter connected to the gripper and the deformer. Movement of the deformer relative to the gripper, applies a transformation force from the deformer to a portion of the flexible printed circuit board to bend the portion about edges of the gripper, and transportation of the transporter transports the gripper together with the flexible printed circuit board which has the portion of the flexible printed circuit board which is bent about the edges of the gripper, toward the connector, and inserts the flexible printed circuit board into the connector.
