    Abstract: A light-emitting device includes: a first electrode; a second electrode facing the first electrode; and an interlayer disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode and including an emission layer; wherein the interlayer further includes: a layer A including an oxide of an inorganic compound; a layer B adjacent to an upper portion of the layer A and including an oxide of an inorganic compound; and a layer C adjacent to a lower portion of the layer A and including an oxide of an inorganic compound, and relationships between a refractive index a of the layer A, a refractive index b of the layer B, and a refractive index c of the layer C satisfy the Equations (1) and (2) defined herein.

    Abstract: Embodiments provide a light-emitting device that include a first electrode, a second electrode facing the first electrode, and an interlayer between the first electrode and the second electrode. The interlayer includes an emission layer, and the emission layer includes a first emission layer and a second emission layer. The first emission layer includes a first host and a first-first dopant, or a first host, a first-first dopant, and a first-second dopant. The second emission layer includes a second host and a second-first dopant, or a second host, a second-first dopant, and a second-second dopant. The emission layer includes the first-second dopant and/or the second-second dopant, the first emission layer and the second emission layer directly contact each other, and a thickness of the second emission layer is greater than a thickness of the first emission layer.

    Abstract: An organic electroluminescence device according to an embodiment includes a first electrode, a hole transport region disposed on the first electrode, an exciton diffusion layer disposed on the hole transport region and including a first host represented by Formula 1, an emission layer disposed on the exciton diffusion layer and including a second host, a third host, and a phosphorescent dopant, an electron transport region disposed on the emission layer, and a second electrode disposed on the electron transport region. The organic electroluminescence device exhibits high efficiency and a long service life.
