Abstract: A display apparatus includes: a display panel comprising a first area having a first pixel structure and a second area having a second pixel structure different from the first pixel structure; a camera under the display panel and corresponding to the second area of the display panel; and a luminance compensator configured to determine a luminance of the first area and a luminance of the second area using captured data captured by the camera and configured to compensate image data applied to the display panel.
