Abstract: A display device includes a display panel which operates in a sensing mode or an emission mode, and a data driver electrically connected to the display panel. The display panel includes a first pixel, a second pixel, a third pixel, a fourth pixel, a fifth pixel, a sixth pixel, a first scan line, a second scan line, a first data line, the second pixel. The data driver includes a first switch, a second switch, and an analog front end. The sensing mode includes a first period in which a first scan signal is provided to the first scan line and the first switch is turned on, a second period in which the first scan signal is provided to the first scan line and the second switch is turned on, and a third period in which a second scan signal is provided to the second scan line.

Abstract: A sensing circuit of a display device includes a sensing line initialization circuit which substantially simultaneously initializes a first sensing line and a second sensing line in a first sub-sensing period of a sensing period, a first line selection switch which couples the first sensing line to a sensing channel in the first sub-sensing period, a second line selection switch which couples the second sensing line to the sensing channel in a second sub-sensing period of the sensing period, and the sensing channel which samples a first sensing voltage of the first sensing line in a first sampling period of the first sub-sensing period, and samples a second sensing voltage of the second sensing line in a second sampling period of the second sub-sensing period. The second sensing line is not initialized during a period from the first sampling period to the second sampling period.

Abstract: A display device includes a display panel including a first pixel and a second pixel disposed adjacent to the first pixel along a first direction, a gate driver configured to provide gate signals to the display panel, a data driver configured to provide data signals to the first and second pixels and a driving controller configured to receive an image data, configured to provide a data signal to the data driver based on the image data, and configured to determine whether a white balance of a current image data corresponding to the second pixel is within a set range. The driving controller calculates the data voltage provided to the second pixel based on the white balance of the current image data corresponding to the second pixel, a previous image data corresponding to the first pixel, and the current image data.

Abstract: In a display device, each of pixels includes a light emitting element and a pixel circuit which is connected to the light emitting element at a first node and drives the light emitting element in response to a corresponding driving scan signal among driving scan signals during a display period. The pixel circuit is connected to a corresponding readout line among readout lines at a second node. The sensing circuit senses a potential of the first node through the corresponding readout line during a blank period, and each of frames includes the display period and the blank period. At least two driving scan signals among the driving scan signals respectively include a plurality of rewriting periods, each of which is activated during the blank period corresponding thereto, and the rewriting periods of the driving scan signals have different durations from each other.
