摘要: A touch sensing apparatus including: a touch panel including a first electrode and a second electrode; a driver configured to apply a driving signal to the first electrode; a touch sensor configured to receive a signal transferred depending on the driving signal from the second electrode, and to convert and output the signal as a sensing signal; and a touch controller configured to detect the sensing signal. The touch panel further includes a third electrode and a fourth electrode which transfer noise signals having different magnitudes to the touch sensor, and the touch sensor outputs the sensing signal by using a difference in the noise signals and the signal.

摘要: A display device includes: scan lines extending in a first direction; data lines extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction and receiving data voltages; first driving voltage lines extending in the second direction and receiving a first driving voltage; second driving voltage lines extending in the second direction and receiving a second driving voltage different from the first driving voltage; and pixels connected to the scan and data lines. Each of the pixels includes first, second, and third subpixels arranged in the first direction. The first driving voltage lines and the second driving voltage lines are alternately arranged in the first direction. A location of the first driving voltage line in a first pixel differs from a location of the second driving voltage line in a second pixel. The second pixel is adjacent to the first pixel in the first direction.

摘要: A display device includes a display panel which includes first and second display areas adjacent to each other, a processor which generates first image data corresponding to the first and second display areas if a display mode is a first mode, and generates second image data corresponding to the first display area if the display mode is a second mode and a display driver which generates a first data signal corresponding to the first image data in the first mode, and converts the second image data and generates a second data signal corresponding to the converted second image data in the second mode. When the display device is driven in the second mode, a gradation image may be displayed on at least a region of the second display area.

摘要: An embodiment of a display device includes a substrate, a semiconductor layer, a first gate insulating layer, a gate electrode, a second gate insulating layer, a first storage electrode, a first interlayer insulating layer, a second interlayer insulating layer, a data line, and a driving voltage line. The semiconductor layer is disposed on the substrate. The first gate insulating layer is disposed on the semiconductor layer. The gate electrode is positioned on the first insulating layer. The second gate insulating layer is disposed on the gate electrode. The first storage electrode is positioned on the second gate insulating layer. The first interlayer insulating layer is disposed on the first storage electrode and has an opening surrounding the semiconductor layer, the gate electrode, and the first storage electrode. The second interlayer insulating layer is disposed on the first interlayer insulating layer and fills the opening. The data line and the driving voltage line are positioned on the second interlayer insulating layer. The semiconductor layer, the gate electrode, and the storage electrode are included in a pixel region. The display device includes a plurality of pixel regions. The data line and the driving voltage line cross the pixel circuit region. A portion of the semiconductor layer is in contact with the second interlayer insulating that fills the opening.

摘要: A touch sensor includes a touch sensing column, a touch sensing row, and connectors. The touch sensing column has a plurality of first touch sensing electrodes extending in one direction. The touch sensing row has a plurality of second sensing electrodes extending in a direction intersecting the touch sensing column. The connectors connect adjacent first touch sensing electrodes or adjacent second touch sensing electrodes. Here, at least some of the first touch sensing electrodes or the second touch sensing electrodes include a first region connected to the connectors and having a first line resistance, and a second region adjacent the first region and having a second line resistance. The first line resistance is different from the second line resistance.
