Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, a first memory, and a degradation compensator. The first memory device stores stress data including degradation values representing a degradation degree of each of the blocks in the display panel. The degradation compensator loads the stress data from the first memory device, updates the stress data based on current input data and a maximum degradation value, updates the maximum degradation value based on degradation values included in the updated stress data, and generate compensated data by compensating for the current input data based on the updated stress data. The degradation compensator determines whether a first degradation value included in the stress data is normal by comparing the first degradation value with the maximum degradation value, and updates the first degradation value based on at least one adjacent degradation value adjacent to the first degradation value, when the first degradation value is abnormal.

Abstract: A power voltage generator includes a booster, a voltage sensor, a constant voltage controller and a constant current controller. The booster is configured to boost an input voltage to an output voltage based on an on-off operation of a switch. The voltage sensor is configured to generate a sensing voltage by sensing the output voltage. The constant voltage controller is configured to generate a first switching signal to control the switch by comparing the sensing voltage with a reference voltage. The constant current controller is configured to generate a gain based on a ratio of an electrode signal of the switch and a target signal by comparing the electrode signal of the switch with the target signal.

The driving controller is configured to insert a compensation image to first image data including a normal image to generate second image data. The gate driver is configured to shift an output time of a gate signal and to output the gate signal having a shifted output time to the display panel. The data driver is configured to generate a data voltage based on the second image data and to output the data voltage to the display panel. A gate shift amount when the compensation image is applied is substantially the same as a gate shift amount immediately before the compensation image is applied.

Abstract: A display device may include pixels coupled to scan lines and data lines, at least one scan driver for supplying a scan signal to the pixels through the scan lines, and a data driver for supplying a data signal and a bias signal to the pixels through the data lines. The pixels are supplied with the data signal when the scan signal is supplied during display periods, and are supplied with the bias signal when the scan signal is supplied during a bias period between the display periods. By the bias signal, a bias voltage is supplied to first group pixels that emit light with a preset grayscale during the display periods.

Abstract: In a display device, each of pixels includes a light emitting element and a pixel circuit which is connected to the light emitting element at a first node and drives the light emitting element in response to a corresponding driving scan signal among driving scan signals during a display period. The sensing circuit senses a potential of the first node through the corresponding readout line during a blank period, and each of frames includes the display period and the blank period. At least two driving scan signals among the driving scan signals respectively include a plurality of rewriting periods, each of which is activated during the blank period corresponding thereto, and the rewriting periods of the driving scan signals have different durations from each other.

Abstract: A display device includes a plurality of pixels, a power supply, a voltmeter, and a timing controller. The power supply is configured to generate an initialization voltage to be supplied to a sensing pixel among the pixels. The voltmeter is configured to measure a first value of the initialization voltage supplied to the sensing pixel during an active period of a frame period and a second value of the initialization voltage supplied to the sensing pixel during a vertical blank period of the frame period. The timing controller is configured to generate rewrite image data that is supplied to the sensing pixel during the vertical blank period. The rewrite image data is generated from image data applied to the pixels during the active period and a difference between the first and second values.
