    Abstract: A display apparatus includes: at thin film transistor on a substrate; and a capacitor on the substrate, the capacitor including a first storage electrode and a second storage electrode. The thin film transistor includes: a semiconductor layer on the substrate, including: a channel region in which are disposed: bridged grain lines defined by portions of the semiconductor layer having an amount of a dopant, and semiconductor lines defined by portions of the semiconductor having a dopant amount less than that of the bridged grain lines and forming an interface with the bridged grain lines, and source and drain regions disposed at opposing sides of the channel region;and a gate electrode overlapping the semiconductor layer with a gate insulation film therebetween, the gate electrode including: first gate electrodes corresponding to the semiconductor lines, respectively, and a second gate electrode covering the gate electrodes.

    Abstract: A foldable display device and a method of operating the same are disclosed. In one aspect, the foldable display device includes a flexible display panel that is foldable and a heating element that provides heat to a folding portion of the flexible display panel. According to some embodiments, the foldable display device can minimize or prevent exfoliation of a protection film from the folding portion of the flexible display panel, and thus, the quality of a product using the foldable display device can be stabilized.

The flat part includes a second pixel. The first pixel includes a first organic light emitting diode, a first driving transistor and a first control transistor. The first driving transistor includes a first semiconductor pattern. The first control transistor includes a second semiconductor pattern. The second pixel includes a second organic light emitting diode, a second driving transistor and second control transistor. The second driving transistor includes a third semiconductor pattern. The second control transistor includes a fourth semiconductor pattern. At least one of the first or second semiconductor patterns includes an oxide semiconductor or a polycrystalline silicon, and each of the third and fourth semiconductor patterns includes the other of the oxide semiconductor and the polycrystalline silicon.
