    Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one aspect, the OLED display includes a substrate and an active pattern formed over the substrate. The OLED display also includes first and second gate electrodes formed over the active pattern. The first gate electrode defines a first transistor together with the active pattern. The second gate electrode defines a second transistor and a third transistor together with the active pattern. The OLED display further includes a first conductive pattern formed over the first and second gate electrodes. The first conductive pattern overlaps at least a portion of the second and/or third transistors so as to define a parasitic capacitor.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel, a driving circuit, and a power supply. The driving circuit is connected to a plurality of pixels of the display panel through a plurality of scan line sets and a plurality of data lines, provides a plurality of scan signals to the display panel, and provides data voltages to the plurality of data lines. The power supply applies one or more power voltages to the plurality of pixels. The driving circuit enables at least two scan signals of the plurality of scan signals during a non-emission interval, partially overlapping the at least two scan signals during at least two consecutive horizontal periods.

    Abstract: A display device comprises a substrate including display and peripheral areas, a semiconductor element, a pixel structure, and a plurality of dummy patterns. The semiconductor element is disposed in the display area on the substrate, and the pixel structure is disposed on the semiconductor element. The dummy patterns which have stacked structure are disposed in the peripheral area on the substrate, and contain a material identical to a material constituting the semiconductor element. The dummy patterns are arranged in a grid shape in different layers, and each of the dummy patterns includes a central portion and an edge portion surrounding the central portion. The edge portions of dummy patterns which are adjacent to each other in the different layers among the dummy patterns are overlapped each other in a direction from the substrate to the pixel structure.
