Abstract: A display device includes an organic light emitting diode, a first transistor driving the organic light emitting diode, a second transistor transmitting a data signal to the first transistor, a third transistor transmitting a first power voltage to the first transistor, wherein a semiconductor pattern of the first transistor is disposed over a semiconductor pattern of the second transistor, a semiconductor pattern of the third transistor is disposed over the semiconductor pattern of the first transistor, a lower transistor insulating film is disposed between the semiconductor pattern of the first transistor and the semiconductor pattern of the second transistor, and an upper transistor insulating film is disposed between the semiconductor pattern of the first transistor and the semiconductor pattern of the third transistor.

Abstract: An optical measurement device includes an optical sensor which measures an optical waveform of a reference object or a measurement object, a learner which receives a first optical waveform of the reference object from the optical sensor and learns frequency characteristics of the first optical waveform, a filter generator which analyzes the frequency characteristics of the first optical waveform and generates a frequency filter, a frequency modeling unit which receives a second optical waveform of the measurement object from the optical sensor and models frequency characteristics of the second optical waveform, and an optical characteristic detector which calculates an optical characteristic index of the second optical waveform based on an output value of the frequency modeling unit and the frequency filter.

Abstract: A liquid crystal display device includes a gate driver connected to an ith gate line, a first storage line is in a same layer as the ith gate line, and a display panel having first and second pixel units connected to the ith gate line. The first pixel unit includes a first high switch, a first low switch, and a first distribution switch connected to the ith gate line. The second pixel unit includes a second high switch, a second low switch, and a second distribution switch connected to the ith gate line. The first distribution switch is connected to the first low switch and a second storage line. The second distribution switch is connected to the second low switch and the second storage line. The second storage line is in a different layer from the first storage line and is connected to the first storage line.
