    Abstract: In a display device integrated with a touch screen panel, the display device has a plurality of pixels arranged therein. First sensing electrodes are formed on an upper surface of the display device. A first dielectric layer is formed on the first sensing electrodes. Second sensing electrodes and a plurality of second dummy patterns are formed on the first dielectric layer. The second sensing electrodes are arranged in a direction intersecting the first sensing electrodes, and the plurality of second dummy patterns are formed not to overlap with the second sensing electrodes. A second dielectric layer is formed on the second sensing electrodes and the second dummy patterns. In the display device, the first sensing electrodes, the second sensing electrodes and the second dummy patterns are formed of a metal material.
