    Abstract: A display device includes a base layer, a circuit layer disposed on the base layer, and an element layer disposed on the circuit layer and including a plurality of light emitting elements and a light receiving element disposed between the light emitting elements. The element layer includes a pixel definition layer including a plurality of light emitting openings, each overlapping a corresponding light emitting element, and a light receiving opening overlapping the light receiving element, and a spacer layer disposed on the pixel definition layer and including a spacer opening and a bridge groove connected to the spacer opening and exposing a top surface of the pixel definition layer. The display device further includes a common layer commonly included in the light emitting elements and the light receiving element and partially disconnected by the spacer layer.

    Abstract: A display device includes a display panel having a display area and a non-display area. The display panel includes a pixel disposed in the display area and including a light emitting element and a pixel driving circuit electrically connected with the light emitting element, a sensor disposed in the display area and including a photo sensing element and a sensor driving circuit electrically connected with the photo sensing element, a data line electrically connected with the pixel and extended along a first direction, a scan line electrically connected with the pixel and extended along a second direction intersecting the first direction, and a readout line including a first readout portion in the display area.     Abstract: Provided is a display device including a base layer on which a pixel region, a sensor region, and a peripheral region adjacent to the pixel region and the sensor region are defined, an element layer including a light emitting element having a light emitting layer disposed in the pixel region, and including a light sensing element having a photoelectric conversion layer disposed in the sensor region, a light blocking pattern disposed on the element layer and overlapping a portion of the peripheral region, and an optical pattern disposed on the light blocking pattern, wherein at least a portion of the optical pattern overlaps the photoelectric conversion layer on a plane. Accordingly, the display device of an embodiment may sense the biometric information of a user more precisely.
