摘要: A tiled display device includes: a first display device including: a first display substrate having a plurality of light emitting areas; and a second color conversion substrate comprising a plurality of light transmitting areas respectively corresponding to the light emitting areas and comprising a light scattering material and a plurality of light blocking areas between the light transmitting areas; a second display device comprising a second display substrate and a second color conversion substrate, the second display device being at a side of the first display device; and a light scattering member between the first display device and the second display device and comprising a light scattering material, wherein an external light reflectance of the light scattering member is higher than an average value of an external light reflectance of the light transmitting areas and an external light reflectance of the light blocking areas.

摘要: A display device includes at least one first and second electrodes extending in a first direction, at least one first and second light emitting elements disposed therebetween, a first contact electrode partially covering the first electrode and contacting a first end of the first light emitting element, a second contact electrode partially covering the second electrode and contacting a third end of the second light emitting element, and a third contact electrode disposed between the first and second contact electrodes and contacting a second end of the first light emitting element and a fourth end of the second light emitting element, in which a distance between the first and second electrodes is greater than a longitudinal length of at least one of the first and second light emitting elements, and the first and second light emitting elements are connected in series between the first and second electrodes.
