A display device includes a pixel circuit, an insulating layer covering the pixel circuit, a first partition portion which is disposed on the insulating layer and extends in a first direction, a second partition portion which is spaced apart from the first partition portion in a second direction intersecting the first direction and extends in the first direction, a plurality of connection partition portions disposed between the first and second partition portions, where each of the plurality of connection partition portions extends in the second direction, a first electrode disposed on the first partition portion and electrically connected to the pixel circuit, a second electrode disposed on the second partition portion, and a light emitting element disposed between the plurality of connection partition portions and electrically connected to the first electrode and the second electrode.

A substrate treating apparatus includes a plurality of conveying rollers arranged in a first direction which is a horizontal direction, and configured to transfer a substrate in the first direction, the substrate being disposed on a plane formed by the first direction and a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, a developer providing nozzle configured to provide a developer onto the substrate to form a developer layer on the substrate, a sensor part for recognizing a position of the substrate, and a vertical moving part configured to move each of the conveying rollers along a third direction which is downward and perpendicular to the first and second directions.

A photoresist composition including a binder resin including a novolac resin represented by Chemical Formula 1, a diazide photosensitive initiator, and a solvent including a base solvent and an auxiliary solvent, wherein the base solvent includes propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, and the auxiliary solvent includes dimethyl-2-methylglutarate and ethyl beta-ethoxypropionate, wherein in Chemical Formula 1, R1 to R9 are each independently a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, “a” is an integer number from 0 through 10, “b” is an integer number from 0 through 100, and “c” is an integer number from 1 through 10.
