Abstract: Embodiments herein provide a method for tracking a ROI in image frames using an electronic device (100). The method includes receiving the image frames from one or more cameras (150) of the electronic device (100). The method includes identifying the ROI in the image frames to be tracked. The method includes determining a distance of the ROI from each edge of the image frames. The method includes recognizing that the ROI is moving away from a position in the image frames based on the distance of the ROI from each edge of the image frames. The method includes automatically operating an actuator (151) of the one or more cameras (150) to vary the distance of the ROI from each edge of the image frames to maintain the position of the ROI in the image frames.

Abstract: A method performed by user equipment (UE) for selecting a camera among multi-camera includes receiving a user instruction indicative of capturing of a scene and detecting Time of Flight (TOF) sensor information relating to scene. The TOF sensor information pertains to details relating to depth of each pixel in an image and an IR image of the scene. The method includes determining depth information of the scene based on the TOF sensor information and is indicative of a ROI in the scene, information about at least one object in the scene, and a type of the scene. The method includes determining scene information based on the depth information including identification information of the at least one object in the scene and distance information to the UE from each object from among the at least one object. The method includes selecting a camera, from among a plurality of cameras based on the scene information.

Abstract: A method and system for displaying content on an electronic device are provided. The method includes receiving content to be displayed on a low power display (LPD). Further, the method includes identifying at least one characteristic of the content to be displayed on a low power display (LPD) of the electronic device. Based on the at least one characteristic of the content, the method includes determining compatibility of at least one portion of the content with the LPD. Further, based on the results of the compatibility check, the method includes transforming and displaying the at least one portion of the content on the LPD based on whether the at least one portion of the content is compatible with the LPD. Further, the method includes displaying the at least one portion of the content on the LPD with enabled low power touch (LPT).

Abstract: The embodiments herein disclose methods and systems for monitoring health of eyes of a user, a method includes determining ambient light around an electronic device of the user. On determining that the ambient light is below a pre-defined threshold, the method includes determining a lumen output of at least one content to be displayed in at least one of a continuous manner and at pre-configured intervals. Based on the determined lumen output and at least one user profile, the method includes estimating a variation in a pupil size of the user. Further, the method includes generating an eye health index for the user based on the estimated variation in the pupil size of the user. Further, the method includes tagging the at least one content as safe based on the eye health index for viewing the at least one content.
