    Abstract: A wearable electronic device is provided. The wearable electronic device includes a housing including a metal frame, a display within the housing, a bracket within the housing, including a side surface facing an inner surface of the metal frame, a rigid flexible printed circuit board including a rigid portion located between the inner surface of the metal frame and the side surface of the bracket, and an electronic circuitry on the rigid portion, wherein the rigid portion includes a first portion under the electronic circuitry, and a second portion extending from a portion of the first portion toward the display and disposed on the side surface of the bracket so that the rigid portion is supported by the bracket, and wherein the second portion includes a non-conductive portion arranged with respect to a slot between the metal frame and a portion of the display, the slot used to radiate a signal to an external electronic device.

    Abstract: According to an embodiment, an electronic device may include: a battery, a retaining member comprising a support disposed on one surface of the battery and configured to function as an antenna corresponding to a first frequency band, and a printed circuit board disposed on an other surface of the battery, the printed circuit board including a communication circuit electrically connected to the retaining member. The electronic device may include a switch configured to electrically connect at least one passive element among multiple passive elements and the retaining member, a memory, and at least one processor, comprising processing circuitry, operatively connected to the communication circuit, the switch, and the memory. According to an embodiment, at least one processor, individually and/or collectively, may be configured to: identify a remaining capacity of the battery; identify information regarding a passive element to be connected to the retaining member, based on the identified remaining capacity of the battery and the first frequency band; select at least one passive element among the multiple passive elements, based on the identified information regarding a passive element; and control the switch such that the at least one selected passive element and the retaining member are electrically connected.

    Abstract: Certain embodiments of the disclosure relate to microphone-equipped wearable devices, and more particularly, to wearable devices worn on users' ear. According to certain embodiments of the disclosure, a wearable device comprises a speaker, a microphone, and a housing, the housing includes a protrusion configured to be insertable into a user's ear, a first sound path including a first opening formed through an area of a surface of the protrusion, extending from the first opening in a first length, and including a second opening facing the speaker, and a second sound path including a third opening formed through another area of the surface of the protrusion, extending from the third opening in a second length larger than the first length, and including a fourth opening facing the microphone. Other certain embodiments are also possible.
