Abstract:
A mobile device for executing multiple applications is provided. The mobile device includes a touch screen for displaying a first window where a first application is executed, a second window where a second application different from the first application is executed, and a controller for displaying execution keys for executing the multiple applications, determining whether a simultaneous execution input for the first application and the second application is input or not, and if the simultaneous execution input is input then displaying the first application on the first window and the second application on the second window.

Provided is a mobile communication terminal for displaying an event-handling view. The mobile communication terminal includes a touch screen, and a controller configured to generate, if an event requiring display on the touch screen occurs while a first window in which a first application is executed is displayed on the touch screen, an event-handling view corresponding to the event in a second window, and display the second window overlapped on the first window.

An apparatus including a touch screen is provided. The apparatus includes the touch screen to display a first window for executing a first application and a second window for executing a second application, and a controller to detect whether a display change event for changing a screen display occurs in at least one of the first window and the second window, and to analyze the display change event in order to rotate a display direction of the at least one of the first window and the second window in which the display change event occurs.
Abstract:
A method for controlling a display device that executes multiple applications and has a touch screen is provided. The control method includes displaying multiple windows for executing the multiple applications on the touch screen based on a display level of each of the windows, receiving a top-level display command for one of the multiple windows, fixing, as a top level, a display level of a top-level display window for which the top-level display command is received, and displaying the top-level display window in a level higher than the other windows.
