Abstract: An apparatus and a method are provided for correcting color in an electronic device. The method includes recognizing a selection from a user of a color; determining an operation mode of a projector that is projecting an image onto a screen, based on the selected color; determining a current value for driving a light source of the projector, based on the determined operation mode; and controlling the projector to apply a current corresponding to the determined current value.
