    Abstract: An electronic apparatus is provided. The electronic apparatus includes a housing including a first portion and a second portion different from the first portion, a keyboard disposed in the first portion of the housing, a palm rest disposed in the second portion of the housing and a rest area, and an antenna disposed inside the housing so as to overlap the palm rest. The antenna includes a feed pattern disposed in a rest area away from the keyboard, the feed pattern including a first ground area connected to the housing, and a feed area connected to the first ground area, a grip sensing pattern disposed in the rest area adjacent to the keyboard, the grip sensing pattern including a second ground area connected to the housing and a coupling area connected to the second ground area and configured to be coupled to the feed area.

    Abstract: In an embodiment, an electronic device may include a first cover covering an upper portion of a main body and containing a first antenna module disposed on a lateral portion thereof, a spacer member disposed over the first cover, and a second cover disposed over the spacer member. The first and second covers may be spaced apart from each other at a predetermined distance due to the spacer member, and a separation space between the first and second covers may be configured to operate as a second antenna module. It is therefore possible to guarantee high-efficiency wireless performance having iso-directionality without compromising the design of the electronic device. Other embodiments are also possible.
