    Abstract: An electronic device is provided and includes a communication circuit, a memory, and a processor connected to the communication circuit and the memory. The memory may store instructions causing, upon being executed, the processor to store a usage history in the memory, the usage history collected from a plurality of user devices registered in a user device group through the communication circuit, to receive device information indicating functions of a first user device in the user device group from the first user device or a second user device in the user device group through the communication circuit, to select a function to be recommended to a user from among the functions of the first user device, based on at least the usage history, to generate a customized manual to allow the user to use the recommended function of the first user device, and to transmit, to the first user device or the second user device through the communication circuit, the customized manual or recommendation information for recommending the customized manual to the user.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present invention relate to an electronic device for executing a recommended application corresponding to a user input by using the user input, and an operating method thereof. An electronic device according to various embodiments of the present invention may comprise: an input module configured to receive a user input; a processor operatively connected to the input module; and a memory operatively connected to the processor, wherein the memory stores instructions that, when executed, cause the processor to: receive a first input including a query through the input module; determine a recommended application matching the query among multiple applications installed in the electronic device; output an identification message for execution of the recommended application; receive a second input corresponding to the identification message; and execute the recommended application in response to reception of the second input.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an electronic device including a communication interface connecting to an external device, an input interface receiving a user input, a memory storing at least one application, a display displaying an image, and a processor electrically connected to the communication interface, the input interface, the memory, and the display. The processor displays a user interface (UI) of a first application for transmitting or receiving a message stored in the memory, on a display, receives a user input for transmitting an emoji, to which a specified function is set, to an external electronic device through the input interface, obtains information necessary to perform the specified function, using identification information of the external electronic device, includes the obtained information in the emoji such that the external electronic device performs the specified function through the emoji, displays the emoji on the UI displayed on the display, and transmits the emoji to the external electronic device through the communication interface. Other various embodiments as understood from the specification are also possible.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for managing a schedule. According to various embodiments, an electronic device includes a display, and at least one processor configured to be connected to the display. The processor is configured to: acquire schedule information associated with operation of the device from a user, generate at least one first schedule based on the schedule information, identify at least one second schedule stored in a calendar application, identify a section in which time information of the first schedule and time information of the second schedule at least partially overlap each other by comparing the time information of the first schedule with the time information of the second schedule, and output an option capable of changing the operation of the device related to the first schedule based on the overlapping section between the first schedule and the second schedule. Various embodiments are possible.
