Abstract: A method for providing a personalized service in an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) includes pairing a mobile terminal with the IPTV. The method also includes receiving personalized data from the paired mobile terminal, and searching the Internet for contents satisfying the received personalized data and providing the searched contents.
