Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device and method for providing a graphic effect corresponding to configuration information of an object displayed on a display of an electronic device. The electronic device includes a display, a memory, and at least one processor coupled to the memory. The at least one processor is configured to control the display to display an image, detect at least one object from the image, and control the display to display detection information corresponding to the at least one object based on configuration information of the at least one object.
