    Abstract: A display system and a display correction method are disclosed. The display system includes an instrument configured to measure a brightness and a chrominance of each pixel of a display light source; a correction coefficient calculator configured to derive a distribution of a specific color element by analyzing the brightness and the chromaticity of each pixel, compare the distribution of the specific color element with a reference distribution and reduce the distribution of the specific color element to the reference distribution or less, and calculate the correction coefficient of each pixel of the light source by using the brightness and the chromaticity of each pixel and the distribution of the reduced specific color element; and a display configured to correct the brightness and the chromaticity of the light source based on the correction coefficient of each pixel of the light source.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing a mask pattern includes forming a mold mask layer on a substrate. A pre-mold mask pattern that includes a first trench extending in a first direction is formed by etching the mold mask layer. The first trench has a first width in a second direction crossing the first direction. A mold mask pattern that includes a second trench connected to the first trench is formed by etching the pre-mold mask pattern. The second trench has a second width different from the first width in the second direction. The second trench is adjacent to the first trench in the first direction. A process mask pattern that fills the first and second trenches is formed in the mold mask pattern and disposed on the substrate. The mold mask pattern is removed and the process mask pattern remains disposed on the substrate after removing the mold mask pattern.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a display apparatus that improves the uniformity of luminance among a plurality of pixels and improves chromaticity by recalibrating artifacts of a display image recognized by a visual sensation even after calibration is performed, and a method of controlling the same. The display apparatus may include a display panel; a communication circuitry configured to receive an initial calibration coefficient value of a first pixel and at least one second pixel except for the first pixel of the display panel; and a controller configured to compare luminance of the first pixel and the second pixel based on the initial calibration coefficient value, to modify the initial calibration coefficient value based on the comparison result, and to control the display panel based on the modified calibration coefficient value.
