    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide an electronic device comprising: a communication module comprising communication circuitry, a memory, and a processor operatively connected to the communication module and the memory, wherein the processor is configured to: control the electronic device to establish a connection to a wearable display device through the communication module, receive gaze information from the wearable display device, determine a first application and a second application corresponding to the gaze information to be displayed on a screen, identify profiles of the determined first application and second application, and combine graphic data corresponding to the first application and graphic data corresponding to the second application and transmit the combined graphic data to the wearable display device, or transmit each of graphic data corresponding to the first application and graphic data corresponding to the second application to the wearable display device, based on the identified profiles.

    Abstract: According to an embodiment, an electronic device for providing augmented reality and operating method includes: transmitting color information indicating colors of a plurality of pixels forming a first frame and depth information indicating depths of the plurality of pixels to a first external electronic device connected through the communication circuit; obtaining color information and depth information of a second frame following the first frame; calculating an amount of change of depth information of at least one object included in the first frame and the second frame based on the depth information of the first frame and the depth information of the second frame; and transmitting the depth information of the second frame together with the color information of the second frame to the first external electronic device based on that the amount of change of the depth information is greater than or equal to the specified depth threshold.

    Abstract: An electronic device according to various embodiments of the disclosure includes: a communication module comprising communication circuitry and a processor operatively connected to the communication module. The processor may be communicatively connected to an augmented reality (AR) device through the communication module, and be configured to receive image information obtained by a camera of the AR device from the AR device, to detect an object based on the received image information, to acquire virtual information corresponding to the object, to control the communication module to transmit the virtual information to the AR device, to determine, based on the received image information, whether the object is out of a viewing range of the AR device, and to change a transfer interval of the virtual information for the AR device based on the determination.
