    Abstract: A refrigerator wherein a front part of a storage chamber opens; and a door assembly is rotatably coupled with a main body, and configured to open and close the open front part of the storage chamber, wherein the door assembly includes a door plate including a front plate and a side plate bent in a rear direction from both side edges of the front plate, wherein a bent portion is formed in an upper end of the front plate, a door cap is configured to cover a top of the door plate, wherein a gripping groove is formed between the door cap and the bent portion, the griping groove opening in a up direction; and a door cap support includes a coupling portion coupled with the door cap, and is fixed at the bent portion such that the coupling portion is positioned behind the bent portion.

    Abstract: A refrigerator includes a rotating bar configured to seal a gap between one pair of doors. The rotating bar includes a case provided with an accommodating space therein while having one surface thereof open, a heat insulation member accommodated in the accommodating space, a cover configured to cover the one surface of the case that is open, and a metallic plate being coupled to an outer side of the cover. The cover includes a heat conduction blocking part being protruded to both sides of the metallic plate while having a bent-shape cross section so as to prevent heat from being transmitted to both side surfaces of the rotating bar after being heat conducted along the metallic plate.

    Abstract: A refrigerator which improves the structure of an auto closing apparatus, increases the sealing ability of a door, and omits mounting of a separate spring. The refrigerator includes at least one door opening and closing at least one storage chamber provided in a main body, at least one upper hinge module including a body part and an extension part rotatably coupled to the at least one door, at least one lower hinge module, a door cap installed on an upper portion of the at least one door and including a hinge receiving part, an auto close lever coupled to the door cap and has elasticity to transmit elastic force to the door, and a cam member including a cam surface contacting the auto close lever so that the auto close lever accumulates elastic force and then transmits the elastic force to the door when the door is closed.

    Abstract: Provided herein is a refrigerator with an improved coupling structure of a heat dissipation duct for dissipating heat generated in a display unit and having and applying the improved heat dissipation duct to a door having a thin thickness such that a problem in which a curve is generated at an exterior of a door when an inside of the door is filled with a heat insulating material is prevented. The refrigerator includes a main body, and a door, wherein the door includes a door cap coupled to at least one of an upper portion and a lower portion of the door, a display unit provided at a front surface of the door, a heat dissipation cover arranged behind the display unit, and a heat dissipation duct slidably inserted into the door through the at least one of the upper portion and the lower portion of the door.
