Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a display module including a plurality of displays, and at least one processor operatively connected with the display module, wherein the at least one processor is configured to identify one or more user inputs to a first display among the plurality of displays, select a content from among one or more content displayed on the first display, based on the identified one or more user inputs, identify a distance from one end of the electronic device to the selected content, based on a position of the selected content, and display the selected content on at least a partial area of a second display among the plurality of displays based on the identified distance, in response to detecting a folding event of the electronic device, wherein the at least a partial area of the second display is distanced away from the one end of the electronic device by the identified distance.

Abstract: Embodiments include an electronic device and a method for executing an application on the same. Aspects include detecting an execution event of an application which supports a web-based interface and obtaining, from memory of an electronic device, history information on a plurality of web pages accessed through the application, where the history information includes information on a first tab corresponding to a first web page and information on a second tab corresponding to a second web page. Aspects also include determining, based on the information on the first tab and the information on the second tab, that the first tab is to be excluded from a graphic user interface of the application which indicates a history accessed through the application. Aspects further include displaying the graphic user interface in which the second tab is included and the first tab is excluded.

Abstract: An electronic device having a flexible display and a method for providing a control object, based on a user's gripping state of an electronic device are provided. The electronic device includes a display, a memory, and a processor. The processor may control the display such that an execution screen of an application is displayed in a designated state of the electronic device. The processor may detect a control object from the execution screen. The processor may determine a user's gripping state. The processor may identify at least one target control object from the control object, based on the designated state and the gripping state. The processor may provide a duplicate control object corresponding to a control object identified as the target control object to an optimization region corresponding to the gripping state.
