摘要： Methods and apparatuses for providing a haptic effect in an electronic device are described. When a user contacts a haptic providing region on a display screen, a haptic effect corresponding to the haptic providing region is generated in response to the detected user input/contact. The haptic effect may include the transformation of at least a portion of the haptic providing region of the display screen.
