Disclosed is an Academy, Research Institute, and Agency (ARIA) encryption/decryption apparatus for encrypting and decrypting input data by repeating a plurality of rounds. The ARIA encryption/decryption apparatus includes a first register storing input data or an intermediate calculation value according to a first control signal; a second register storing a input round key for every round; an exclusive OR operation unit performing an exclusive OR operation on values stored in the first and second registers; a substitution unit substituting a result of the exclusive OR operation on a basis of an ARIA substitution algorithm; a diffusion unit diffusing a result of the substitution in the substitution unit on a basis of an ARIA diffusion algorithm if a current round is not a final round; and a control unit outputting the first control signal so that an output of the diffusion unit is used as the intermediate calculation value if the current round is the final round or an output of the substitution unit is used as the intermediate calculation value if the current round is the final round, and outputting an output of the exclusive OR operation unit as a result of the ARIA encryption/decryption.

Provided is a method of generating and searching for a single ternary content addressable memory (TCAM) entry for range search and exact-match search. First, it is determined whether an entry to be added is a range search entry or an exact-match search entry. When the entry is the range search entry, a bit at a predetermined position in the upper m bits corresponding to a range represented by the entry is set to “1” and the remaining bits including lower n bits is set to a “don't care” bit x, based on a range table for representing position information of one of the upper m bits which is set to “1” in ranges. When the entry is the exact-match search entry, the upper m bits is set to “don't care” bit x and the lower n bits is set to the entry value. By generating and searching for a single TCAM entry for a range search and an exact-match search, a space for storing the TCAM entry can be optimized and efficiency thereof can be improved.

A data encoding apparatus for verifying data integrity by using a white box cipher includes: an encoding unit for encoding content by using a white box cipher table; and an arithmetic logic unit for performing an arithmetic logic operation on the white box cipher table and content information to output an encoded white box cipher table. The arithmetic logic operation is an exclusive OR operation. The content information is license information of the content or hash value of the license information of the content.

The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory disease or asthma comprising the extract of Decaspermum fruticosum as an active ingredient. The extract of Decaspermum fruticosum of the present invention inhibited the increase of eosinophils in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid of the ovalbumin-induced asthma animal model, had the activity of inhibiting the secretions of immunoglobulin and chemokine (Eotaxin) in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and blood, and inhibited the secretions of NO and TNF-α in macrophages. Therefore, the extract of Decaspermum fruticosum of the present invention can be effectively used as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition for the prevention and treatment of inflammatory disease or asthma, and of a health functional food for the prevention and improvement of inflammatory disease or asthma.

There is provided a high-speed pipelined ARIA encryption apparatus. The high-speed pipelined ARIA encryption apparatus includes a round key generator for generating a plurality of round keys required for performing an encryption operation using a master key formed to have uniform bits, a plurality of round units whose number is in proportion to the number of times of round operations corresponding to the number of bit of an input value to receive the round keys and the input value and to perform the round operations, and a plurality of pipelined register provided between the round units to transmit the output value of a previous round unit as the input value of the next round unit. A plurality of round units are provided and pipelined registers are inserted between the round units so that it is possible to improve the performance of processing a large amount of data and to perform ARIA encryption at high speed.

A specific targeting peptide binding to glypican-3 can specifically binds to glypican-3 overexpressed in carcinoma cells and includes an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 or some thereof. Glypican-3 is overexpressed in malignant tumors including hepatocellular carcinoma, melanoma, germ cell tumor, etc., and may be targeted in diagnosis and treatment of tumors by labeling the targeting peptide. A diagnosis using the specific peptide may detect even small tumors more accurately than conventional methods. A treatment method using the specific peptide may remove only carcinoma cells without harming other normal tissues.

A rijndael block cipher apparatus including an operational unit that efficiently performs a round operation for encrypting/decrypting a rijndael block cipher and an encryption/decryption method thereof are disclosed. The rijndael block cipher apparatus is mounted in a mobile terminal such as a cellular phone and a PDA or a smart card, which requires a high-rate and small-sized cipher processor, and can encrypt and decrypt important data that requires security at high speed and perform the round operation with respect to upper 64 bits and lower 64 bits which are divided from 128-bit input data. Thus, the cipher apparatus can reduce the time required for encryption/decryption of the rijndael block cipher and the size of the apparatus.

A cooling system for a rotating electrical machine, such as a power generator, includes a cooling fan that serves to exhaust hot gas from an interior of the machine, a seal ring surface defining a passage for the exhausted hot gas, and a clearance seal positioned in the passage between a rotating body of the machine, such as a generator rotor, and a non-rotating body of the machine, such as a generator stator, to prevent the exhausted gas from entering an inlet to the rotating body. The seal ring surface is shaped to impart sufficient momentum to the exhausted hot gas to prevent the exhausted hot gas from leaking into the rotating body inlet. The contoured shape of the seal ring surface immediately downstream of the rotor is positioned such that the high velocity fan discharge stream is directed to flow along this surface. The high through-flow momentum of this gas stream does not allow any backward flow, thereby eliminating hot gas leakage. With this construction, the accurate and tightly controlled clearances of previous constructions are no longer required and may be greatly relaxed, providing a lower cost, more effective and higher efficiency sealing system.
