摘要： A tooth whitener is provided, including a water-in-oil (W/O) emulsion phase including: a discontinuous phase comprising a peroxide, a hydrophilic solvent, and a polyol, and a continuous phase comprising a glycerol monooleate, a polymer and a polyol, wherein the tooth whitener is flowable upon being applied to teeth and is solidified by the action of moisture after being applied to teeth, and then is adhered and fixed to teeth, and wherein the glycerol monooleate is in an amount of 15% to 95% by weight, based on total weight of the tooth whitener composition.

摘要： Disclosed herein is a tooth whitener using glycerol monooleate. The tooth whitener is a composition that exhibits teeth whitening effects when being applied to teeth. Specifically, the tooth whitener comprises a glycerol monooleate, a polyol, a polymer, a peroxide and a hydrophilic solvent, and has a W/O emulsion phase. The tooth whitener is flowable before being applied to teeth and is spreadable when being applied to teeth. In addition, the tooth whitener is solidified by the action of moisture, such as saliva, after being applied to teeth, and can thus be adhered and fixed to the teeth. Further-more, changes in viscosity of the tooth whitener with varying temperature can he minimized and the release rate of the whitening ingredient can he controlled by the addition of polyol.

摘要： Disclosed herein is an oral care composition that provides pleasant cooling sensation and easy delivery of an oral care active ingredient. The tablet-type oral care composition of the present invention is prepared by compressing porous plastic granules at a pressure of 500 kg/cm2 or less and undergoes in situ melting and gelling by saliva or water in the buccal cavity, or by chewing. Upon direct administration of the composition to the buccal cavity, the composition undergoes melting and gelling by water or saliva, or by chewing action, and works to maintain oral health via gargling or mouth washing. Therefore, the formulation of the present invention advantageously reduces inconvenience of conventional liquid or ointment-like oral care products and also provides easy portability.

摘要： The present invention relates to a dry type tooth whitening patch comprising peroxide as a tooth whitening agent. In particular, disclosed is a dry type tooth whitening patch in which a peroxide is contained, as a teeth whitening agent, in a matrix type adhesive layer. The adhesive layer includes, as a base polymer thereof, a hydrophilic glass polymer which provides a strong adhesion to teeth while releasing the tooth whitening agent when hydrated on the enamel layers of teeth in the moist oral cavity. The dry type patch according to the present invention is convenient in use, as compared to wet type patches. Further, it exhibits a superior adhesion while being maintained in a state attached to the teeth for a lengthened period of time so as to assure an enough contact time between the whitening agent in the patch and stains on the teeth, thereby giving a sufficient whitening effect.

摘要： The present invention relates to a dry type teeth whitening patch with a multi-layer structure of three or more layers. More particularly, in the dry type patch, a contact adhesive layer substantially free of peroxide comprises a hydrophilic glass polymer as a base polymer so that it provides substantial adhesive strength when hydrated by water, an active material reservoir layer comprises peroxide as a teeth whitening agent, and a backing layer which is impermeable to water. The dry type patch of the present invention has superior teeth whitening effect and excellent peroxide stability at a high temperature since the peroxide-containing layer is covered and protected by other layers.

摘要： A dry type adhesive device for teeth whitening in which a peroxide tooth whitening agent is stabilized is disclosed. The dry type adhesive device for tooth whitening comprises a matrix type adhesive layer and a backing layer wherein the adhesive layer contains a peroxide as a teeth whitening agent and a hydrophilic glassy polymer as a base polymer so that the hydrophilic glassy polymer provides strong adhesion to teeth when hydrated at the enamel layer of the teeth in the moist oral cavity and the whitening agent is released. In particular, although the dry type adhesive device is touched with the hands or contact the skin during attaching to the teeth prior to hydration, no stickiness and releasing of the whitening agent takes place, thus being safe. In addition, since the dry type patch has strong adhesive strength to the teeth and excellent adhesion maintenance after being hydrated and attached to the teeth, it can remain attached to the teeth for a long time and thus exhibits excellent whitening effect even low concentrations of a whitening agent. Furthermore, the dry type adhesive device can provide excellent whitening within a short period of time.
