摘要： The invention includes: charging/discharging devices including storage batteries and having a grid-connected function to perform charging/discharging operations on an electric power system and an islanded-operation function to supply the electric power system with a constant-voltage constant-frequency electric power; a monitor detects an electric power state of the charging/discharging device and to transmit detection output to the charging/discharging device; and a switching unit connects and disconnects commercial power source to and from electric power system. When a commercial power source is normal, the switching unit connects the commercial power source to the electric power system and charging/discharging devices establish a grid connection. When commercial power source fails, switching unit disconnects commercial power source from electric power system, charging/discharging device performs an islanded operation, and charging/discharging device performs a charging/discharging operation according to a detection output of monitor and performs control so that islanded operation electric power of charging/discharging device becomes constant.

摘要： An electric power supply apparatus includes a controller configured to control an amount of generated power, obtained from an energy creation device, supplied to multiple power-using devices capable of being operated or charged with the generated power. The power-using devices are assigned priorities based on an order in which the power-using devices use the generated power, and the controller supplies the generated power to the power-using devices in descending order of the priorities according to the amount of the generated power obtained from the energy creation device and a predetermined supply power amount required by each power-using device.

摘要： An electric power supply system is provided. The electric power supply system includes charge and discharge devices capable of performing a system interconnection to charge and discharge a power system. At least one of the charge and discharge devices is capable of performing a simulated system operation of supplying electric power of constant power and constant frequency to the power system when an abnormality occurs in a commercial power supply. According to a check result on a state of charge of an electricity storage, electric power supplied from a distributed power supply, and consumption power in a load, the electric power supply system can simultaneously charge or discharge electricity storages of the charge and discharge devices, and preferentially charges the electricity storage of the charge and discharge device performing the simulated system operation, and preferentially discharges the electricity storage of the charge and discharge device performing the system interconnection.
