    摘要: A print image generating program is capable of printing information that discourages fraudulent distribution of printed documents, irrespective of the type of printer. A print image generating apparatus has an application, a printer driver, a print management unit, and a virtual driver, and is designed to add tracking information that discourages distribution of printed documents when print data is printed. The print management unit monitors print requests from the application. When detecting a print request which was output from the application to the printer driver, the print management unit acquires and interrupts the print request destined for the printer driver. When the virtual driver receives a command from the print management unit, it acquires print data and tracking information, and generates tracking print image data by adding the tracking information to the print data, and gives the generated data to the printer driver.

    摘要: It is intended to provide a method for producing a non-browning apple. Apples in which total polyphenol content is not more than 40 mg/100 g fresh weight in terms of catechin when extracted from apple flesh using methanol and assayed by the Folin-Denis method are used as cross parents and by crossing and breeding them, using a low level of the browning degree of fruit flesh as an index and performing selection based on the index, the non-browning apple is produced. The non-browning apple has a non-browning characteristic that browning of flesh is less likely to occur and a polyphenol oxidase activity is significantly lower than that of a conventional cultivar.

    摘要: An apparatus for determining whether polygons which form objects defined by graphic data generated by CAD intersect with virtually generated light rays. Polygons which are not intersected are removed from the graphic data as unnecessary for the generation of CG data. An apparatus is also described in which path passage points which pass through an animation path within a virtual world are interactively set. If an object exists that interferes with a path that joins adjacent path passage points, an alternate route path which detours around the interfering object is generated. An apparatus is also described in which a path of a moving object is interactively set on a perspective view of the virtual world as viewed from one direction. The position of the set path in the virtual world is calculated, and the position of the path in the direction of viewing is corrected to a position that is removed from an object by a prescribed distance.
