    摘要: A magnetic circuit for a loudspeaker includes a magnet and a top plate. The magnet is made of a bonded magnet. The magnet and the top plate are configured to satisfy at least one of conditions that an inner diameter of the magnet is identical to an inner diameter of the top plate, and that an outer diameter of the magnet is identical to an outer diameter of the top plate. This configuration eliminates a wasted space inside the magnetic circuit, and protrusion of the magnet to outside, hence providing a light and efficient magnetic circuit.

Also, the diaphragm is in a horizontally or vertically elongated shape. The edge is coupled to an outer circumference of the diaphragm, and has a roughly half-round shaped cross section. The voice coil is bonded to the groove. The voice coil is thicker than a depth of the groove. Also, the voice coil has a cross section in which a dimension in a direction along a plane of the diaphragm is longer than a dimension in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the diaphragm.

The outer circumference of a yoke constituting the magnetic circuit has a plurality of slits, while the first cylinder and the second cylinder are connected together by a plurality of radially-disposed joints. The loudspeaker has a flat profile yet is compatible with large amplitude and high output power, and capable of reproducing a wide range of sounds from a low tone to a high tone.

    摘要: A material for improving the sound pressure level at the bass reproduction limit of the present invention is composed of an activated carbon having a cumulative pore volume of 0.4 ml/g or more for the pores each having a radius of 50 angstroms or less. Preferably, this activated carbon has a cumulative pore volume of 0.1 ml/g or less for the pores each having a radius of 7 angstroms or less. In particular, when a sound pressure level improving material in which the activated carbon has a cumulative pore volume of 0.5 ml/g or more for the pores each having a radius of 18 angstroms or less is installed in a cabinet of a loudspeaker device, the material alleviates pressure fluctuations of a gas within the cabinet caused by vibration of a loudspeaker, and thus a very good bass reproduction effect is attained. Moreover, in the case where a sound pressure level improving material in which the activated carbon has a cumulative pore volume of 0.4 ml/g or more for the pores each having a radius of 18 to 50 angstroms is installed in the cabinet, a loudspeaker device having a good bass reproduction effect even in an atmosphere of high humidity is obtained.
