摘要： A wireless communication device is quickly connectable to an access point of a destination service area without wasting power when the wireless communication device moves from a service area to a different one. When a state change detector of the wireless communication device detects that the received radio field intensity of the radio wave from the connected access point lowers to a threshold or less, a service area information acquirer acquires information on the service area where the wireless communication device is present and information on a neighboring service area. A profile information acquirer acquires profile information corresponding to the service area information. A priority order setter sets the order of priority to the acquired profile information in such a way that the access point of a neighboring service area neighboring to the service area formed by the connected access point is precedingly connected. According to the profile information to which orders of priority are set, a request for connection to the access point is made.
