摘要: A pressure sprayer is pressurized automatically with movement of the sprayer and maintains adequate pressure during non-movement to allow the ejection of an amount of liquid before needing re-pressurization. The pressure sprayer includes wheels that allow the pressure sprayer to be mobile. A cam is attached to the axle of the wheels which rotates with the rotation of the axle/wheels. A pressure pump is associated with the cam such that movement of the cam causes the pressure pump to pump liquid from a holding tank to an accumulator or directly to a spray wand in communication with the pump. The liquid may be sprayed (ejected) from the accumulator during both movement (pumping) and non-movement (no pumping) of the sprayer, while the liquid may be directly sprayed from the holding tank only during movement (pumping) thereof. Thus, as the wheels rotate due to moving the pressure sprayer, the cam causes movement of the pressure pump to fill the accumulator with the liquid under pressure. The pressure pump is adapted to obtain liquid from the holding tank and provide that liquid to the pressure accumulator. A relief valve is provided to relieve the buildup of pressure during movement of the wheels when no spraying is taking place.

摘要: The present invention provides compositions and methods of preparing a bilayer structure for encapsulating multiple containment units. These containment units can contain therapeutic, diagnostic agents or imaging agents that can be released through the bilayer structure. A suitable example of such a containment unit is a unilamellar or multilamellar vesicle.

摘要: A method and apparatus for substantially cleaning fill from a borehole is described variously including running a coiled tubing assembly into the wellbore, creating a fluid vortex by circulating cleaning fluid through the coiled tubing, and pulling the coiled tubing and coiled tubing assembly out of the hole at a speed sufficient to substantially clean the particulate solids from the wellbore. An apparatus for substantially cleaning fill from a hole, including vertical, horizontal, or deviated wells also is provided.

摘要: A protective cover for eyeglasses is comprised of flexible material that can be folded into a compact configuration suitable for storage within a pouch. The pouch is either integrally formed within a strap for retaining eyeglasses about one's neck or is provided with rings for attachment to the strap or portions of an eyeglass frame. The flexible material comprising a cover body of the invention is tethered by a cord to the inside of the pouch so that it cannot be lost. The flexible cover body is stretchable to envelope the lens portion of eyeglasses and includes a hem around an opening in the cover body through which eyeglasses are inserted for protection therein. This hem includes an elastic band which tends to draw the cover body snugly about the eyeglass lenses.

摘要: Magnetic storage media that include a multilayer structure are described. In general, the magnetic storage media include a substrate, an underlayer that includes a plurality of underlayer particles formed over the substrate, and a magnetic layer that includes a plurality of magnetic particles formed over the underlayer. The magnetic layer may define a saturated magnetization and thickness product less than or equal to approximately 1.00 memu per square centimeter, and the magnetic particles may be selected from the group consisting of magnetic platelet-shaped particles and magnetic particles with an aspect ratio less than or equal to approximately 1.5. In addition, the described magnetic storage media may exhibit minimal interlayer diffusion between the underlayer and magnetic layer. Reduced interlayer diffusion between different layers of a magnetic recording medium may result in an improved magnetic recording surface for recording and storing data.
