    摘要： The present invention relates to an enhanced customer relationship management systems and methods for receiving information objects in a variety of formats from a variety of information sources and communicating the objects to contact. A CRM application may be provided for storing contact-associated information (e.g., keyphrases related to contact interests, contact holdings, etc.), user-associated information in an application database and used to search for objects in at least one information source. Objects retrieved from a search may be presented to the user according to their relevance to the search. The relevance of an object may be determined in accordance with a scoring system where objects are scored and provided in order of their score.

    摘要： An air bag deployment system for use in a vehicle is disclosed have a frame, an air bag, a first deployment chute portion, and a second deployment chute portion. The frame is securable within the vehicle for use therein defining a support structure and a channel therethrough. The air bag is disposed within the support structure of the frame. The air bag deployment mechanism is operatively connected to the air bag. The first deployment chute portion is provided at least partially disposed in and securable adjacent the channel by at least one retainer. The second deployment chute portion at least partially disposed in and securable adjacent the channel by at least one retainer. The first and second deployment chute portions partially support the air bag and assist the air bag to move from a stored position to at least one deployed position when activated by the deployment mechanism.

    摘要： The present disclosure relates to a device for molding a freezable substance and dispensing a stored fluid substance. More specifically, the present disclosure relates to a device that, when assembled, creates a Popsicle®-like frozen confection having a container containing an alcoholic liquid, where the user employs a plunger to drive the alcoholic liquid upward through a lumen in the frozen confection so that the user may simultaneously consume the frozen confection and ingest the alcoholic liquid. The device is a four-piece assembly. The first member is a handle with a plunger disposed at one end. The second member is a flange and a container extending from the flange and receiving at a first end of the container the plunger, the container defining an inner volume to receive and store a fluid substance. The end of the container generally opposite the end receiving the plunger has an orifice. The third member interacts with the second member at the flange. Finally, the fourth member interacts with the orifice of the container.
