摘要: The industrial robot has cables routed, through cable-passing holes (4a, 4b) formed in a side of an arm, between the outside and the inside of the arm. The cables contain mold guide (7) disposed inside cable-passing holes (4a, 4b); cable bundle (6) that passes through the inside of mold guide (7); and filler resin (8) applied to the inside of mold guide (7). The inside of mold guide (7) is filled with filler resin (8), so that cable bundle (6) is held in place.

摘要: In a manipulator-type robot of the present invention, a manipulator base contains a connection case for making cable connections to an external device. In the connection case, a signal-line connecting section for external connection is disposed on a predetermined signal line of a cable that is routed through the inside of the manipulator. The connection case contains, other than the aforementioned signal-line connecting section for making connections to the outside, an additional signal-line connecting section.

摘要: The invention provides a waterproof and dustproof structure of a joint portion of an industrial robot which is inexpensive and does not adversely affect a motion performance of a robot. Accordingly, in a manipulator type robot which has a cable passing hole provided in a part of an outer periphery of a manipulator, and is provided with a cable wired to an inner side and an outer side of the manipulator through the cable passing hole, a mold guide surrounding an outer periphery of one or a plurality of conducting wire passing through an inner portion is provided near the cable passing hole, an inner side of the mold guide is mold treated by a resin filling, and a sealing material is provided in an outer side of the mold guide.

摘要: In the invention, the structure of an articulated robot is a hollow structure, and the entire body of the arms and closing cover is formed as an enclosed structure. Therefore, an air flow communication passage is maintained, so that dust formed in the robot can be discharged outside of the clean room. Moreover, by forming two or more openings, the pressure level in the robot can be controlled, and without causing adverse effects on the speed reducer or bearing in the slide parts of the articulated robot, it is possible to prevent dust particles of the slide parts generated during operation of the arm, or volatile vapor of lubricant, from flowing out of the robot body.

摘要: A connection cable apparatus for protecting a connection cable of a robot comprises a connection section for connection to a robot connection cable, and a reinforcement plate. The reinforcement plate fixes the connection cable to the robot. This apparatus has an angle box disposed in the connection section, and is capable of varying the drawing direction of the connection cable. This apparatus includes plural wires, and a connection processing section to be connected to their terminals and a connector. In the connection processing section, of the plural wires, the length of the wires having a smaller sectional area is longer than the length of the wires having a larger sectional area. These wires are divided into groups, and effects of stress by bending of the connection cable are prevented.
