Abstract: A novel data processing system composed of three data processing devices is provided. A first data processing device receives an instruction sentence, generates a processing result, and transmits the result including an intermediate code. A second data processing device receives a document, the processing result, and model data, generates the instruction sentence, and transmits the instruction sentence. The instruction sentence includes instructions relating to analysis of the document, extraction of a processing step, and conversion into the intermediate code. The second data processing device extracts the intermediate code from the processing result and transmits the intermediate code. A third data processing device receives the intermediate code, simulates the processing step in accordance with the intermediate code, and generates and transmits the model data.

Abstract: A novel classification device is provided. The classification device includes a memory unit, a processing unit, and a classifier. A plurality of pieces of image data and a discriminative model are stored in the memory unit. Each of the plurality of pieces of image data is image data determined to contain a defect. The discriminative model includes an input layer, an intermediate layer, and an output layer. First to n-th (n is an integer greater than or equal to 2) image data of the plurality of pieces of image data are supplied to the processing unit. The processing unit has a function of outputting feature values of the first to the n-th image data (a first to an n-th feature value) on the basis of the discriminative model. A feature value output from the processing unit is a numerical value of a neuron included in the intermediate layer. The first to the n-th feature value output from the processing unit are supplied to the classifier. The classifier has a function of performing clustering of the first to the n-th image data on the basis of the first to the n-th feature value.

Abstract: A learning data generation device that can generate learning data suitable for learning of an identification model. By using the third image data for learning of the identification model, a highly accurate identification model can be generated.

Abstract: A data processing system having high reliability and an operation method thereof are provided. The data processing system includes an arithmetic processing device including a nonvolatile memory and/or a nonvolatile register, and a monitoring system for monitoring an operation state of the arithmetic processing device. The monitoring system is a system utilizing artificial intelligence, and has a function of estimating from a program operating on the arithmetic processing device how much and which location of the arithmetic processing device will increase in temperature when the program operates. When the monitoring system estimates that the temperature of part of the arithmetic processing device will exceed a threshold value when the program operates, the monitoring system transmits an instruction to lower a clock frequency of the part of the arithmetic processing device, reduce a power supply potential of the part, or interrupt power supply to the part.
